Jeremy Lupien

Jeremy is a highly experienced customer-focused operations senior leader who transitioned into leading and supporting business, customer and technology-driven transformations. He has worked in several large national and multinational companies in the telecommunications, mining, agriculture, and real estate development industries. He currently supports implementation and change with the British Columbia Government’s Ministry of Children and Family Development.

Jeremy also has extensive non-profit leadership experience across emergency services, economic development and large-scale youth sporting events. He routinely supports and coaches people at all levels of an organisation, from front-line employees to C-Suite executives. He is an expert coach and mentor because he takes the time to listen, understand, and help reshape people’s perspectives so they can identify new paths to success.

In a mentoring capacity, Jeremy can help leaders reimagine what is possible and develop approaches to turn their possibilities into reality. He can assist with end-to-end change, governance, executive stakeholder management and large-scale transformations, primarily with B2C product and service-style organisations.
